The United States Stamp Society will once again participate in the Fall Mega Event held at Madison Square Garden in New York City from October 23rd to the 26th.  We will have a booth for the full four days of the show.  If anyone can spare a few hours to help staff the booth, it would be greatly appreciated.  Please contact me via email or by phone at (973) 693-5381.

Our 2009 Annual Meeting will be held at the St. Louis Stamp Expo during the weekend of February 27th – March 1st, 2009.  As we have done at our previous Annual Meetings, we hope to have a strong showing on the exhibit floor.  However, in order to accomplish this I urge all members who would like to exhibit at this show to submit an application as soon as possible.  There is a 200-frame capacity and the Scandinavian Collectors Club is also convening at the show, so frames may become scarce in very short order.  The Prospectus and Entry Form, along with other show information, is available at the show website, www.stlstampexpo.org.  We will furnish more information about our planned show activities in the coming months.
